Primer List (for PCR)
The primer (such as T3, T7) is produced in large quantities and segmented into small groups.
The concentration of the primer is 100 Pico mole / microlitre and is dispensed in 100 microlitre units. (Total 10 n mol)
It has not been verified to be usable for sequence response issues as yet.

Plasmid management is conducted in-house at the University. (yearly registration system) (only internal)
Disposable Items
It is possible to purchase centrifuge tubes, chips and filters within the facility. Please see the cabinet on the 5th floor.
Database for Exchangeable Gene Trap Clones
Database of ES clones. It is possible to supply the desired clones as ES cells or frozen embryos.

Sequence Fiduciary Project
DNA base sequence analysis. The University processes sequence responses to electrophoresis and provides result analysis.

It has been verified that this sequence primer can be used to read base sequences accurately.
Linker List
Linkers (like Eco RI, Nco I) are produced and segmented into small groups. They do not have phosphorisation around the edge.
Kumamoto Univ. Ready to Use Plasmid -KumaRUP-
This system allows the collection of various types of DNA which are needed to produce genetically-modified mice and convert them to supply mice.
