At approximately 4:27 p.m. on July 28, 2026, an earthquake occurred in the Kumamoto region of Kumamoto Prefecture. The earthquake had a provisional magnitude of 7.1 and a focal depth of 16 kilometers.
We are currently assessing the condition of our facilities and equipment, as well as any impact on the Center's operations.
