Action Against Rule Violators
- (Purpose)
- 1. Action against rule violators is agreed upon under the 6th article of 「熊本大学遺伝子実験施設利用内規」(Kumamoto University Gene Technology Center Use Regulation).
- (Penalty)
- 2. The following actions against rule violators will be taken upon orders from the director.
- 1st step: Warning. Warn the violator about the second step action.
- 2nd step: GTC use prohibited for one month. Public identification.
- 3rd step: Cancel of the use permission of the GTC. Public identification.
- (Range of Application)
- 3. Definition of rule violators;
- The person who takes out items belonging to the GTC without permission from staff.
- The person who uses equipment often without filling in the booking sheet or using record notebook.
- The person who uses other users items without permission.
- The person who uses the facility without permission from staff, and without permission of the GTC.
- The person who bothers other users on purpose.

- 4. These rules will be followed step-by-step depending on the case.
